TEAMS.... ARE THE NEW FAD....

See teams are the new fad now....People just get together with no direction and just use each other till they get to where they need to be....Just to see there foundation ONCE THEY REACH THE TOP non existent...AS WE'VE ALL HEARD BEFORE THE HIGHER UP THE HARDER THE FALL...For someone who has formed teams and has aided teams musically all my life with and without recognition I learned a lot hands on as far as the key ingredients for a team too not only succeed but succeed in a way where every member of that team shines just as bright as the other members...in their own light..See Most teams based off of just my own observations are either carbon copies of each other or have no real togetherness...as far as actual real life changing experienced outside of what the Goal is and Some people are just trapped within their teams feeling like if they leave they either won't grow or feel since they put in so much time why not sleep in shit a Lil while longer...Did u ever stop to think what if u sleep in shit forever..lol...To me in a team your job is too push your partners to the best of their potential in all ways and vice versa...Ways that would truly help better your partners for their benefit not yours..See most people help for rewards not because they truly want to and that's where the problems to me stem from...Once people's ideas or opinions aren't being valued or respected or better yet acknowledged the team breaks...




FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE I CAN SAY AS DOWN 2 EARTH PEOPLE AND THE DREAMCATCHERS ME AND MY PARTNERS ARE GOING TO CHANGE THE WORLD...MOST PEOPLE DONT LIVE WHAT THEY SAY AT ALL...YOU KNOW WHEN SOMEONE WILL FIGHT FOR WHAT THEY BELIEVE IN WHEN HARDSHIPS ARE SMILED UPON...I GET UPSET EVEN HEARING THE WORD I CANT...EVERYDAY I GET TESTED AND AT THIS POINT I'M JUST LIKE YEAH YEAH YEAH I KNOW BUT IM STILL GOING TO GET TO WHERE I KNOW IM GOING TO BE...NOW DONT TELL ME I CANT WHEN IT COMES TO WHAT I BELIEVE IN...LOL....FOR ME I LIVE EVERYTHING I TALK ABOUT I PUT MY LIFE HEALTH EVERYTHING ON THE LINE AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO TILL THIS TEAM OF PEOPLE THAT IS AROUND ME IS SEEN IN THE LIGHT THAT I SEE THEM..A GROUP OF PEOPLE THAT BREAK EVERY BARRIER A GROUP OF PEOPLE THAT HAVE ENABLED ME TO BE THE BEST ME THAT I CAN POSSIBLY BE A GROUP OF PEOPLE I CALL FAMILY...THEY SAY BLOOD IS THICKER THAN WATER I SAY LOVE SURPASSES BLOOD... A GROUP OF PEOPLE THAT CARE NOT ONLY ABOUT YOUR TALENTS BUT YOUR WELL BEING AS WELL....A GROUP OF PEOPLE WHO LEARN FROM EACH OTHER AND TEACH EACH OTHER EVERYDAY IN DIFFERENT WAYS FOR EXAMPLE... I'VE LEARNED NOT TO PUT THINGS OFF AND I'VE LEARNED THAT PEOPLE DONT HAVE TO SHARE YOUR OPINIONS AND IF U CAN TAKE THE TIME OUTTA YOUR OWN THOUGHTS TO LISTEN TO SOMEONE ELSE'S AND SHARE YOURS IN A OPEN AND HONEST WAY IN WAY WHERE YOUR HELPING SOMEONE GROW U JUST OPENED THE DOOR TO CREATE MIRACLES......IT FEELS GOOD TO SAY WE ALL ARE A REFLECTION OF EACH OTHER AND I LIKE HOW I'M REPRESENTED AND VICE VERSA...AND TO ME NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE SO EVERYTHING THAT I SEE IM MY MIND WE ARE GOING TO SEE IN REAL TIME...AND I PRAY THAT WE RUB OFF ON THE WORLD IN A POSITIVE WAY....SOME DREAMS ARE WORTH FIGHTING FOR....AND SOME WORTH DYING FOR...SOME FOOD FOR THOUGHT....NOTHING ELSE MATTERS....THIS IS SO MUCH BIGGER THAN ME
